I had noticed the left to right pipe was a going to need replacing soon anyway but the pipes hidden by the covers I had no idea they were so bad - CHECK YOURS if you have an early L322 !
Yesterday one of mine burst (luckily at slow speed and was able to stop perfectly safely)
Today I stripped the covers off to reveal some very ripe pipework
I am replaceing the complete runs to each rear wheel along with the flexy hoses
Behind the N/S/F mudlfap and arch liner are 2 joints that makes the job a lot easier
Whilst I'm in the same area I will be fitting 2 x arb links and the top and bottom rear hub bushes
