This leads on from a thread I posted a couple of days ago asking for a model code for a Freelander.

Has anyone here registered a Freelander abroad (or a foreign one in the UK), and got a certificate of conformity for it?

I'm missing one code in the D.2 section, model. I already have the version and variant codes.

I'm pretty sure the code is L314 (base Freelander code), but I wanted to check if anyone has a record of what their code was to double check. I have the certificate for a Mk1 Skoda fabia and the code was 6Y (base Fabia code), but I wanted to compare to a Freelander CoC if anyone has one. The exact year and model aren't important, it will still help me whatever version someone has.

Many thanks in advance, and if there's any other information I can provide let me know!

I've found the data now so thought I'd post here in case anyone else needs the information.

The Type D.2 is LN
Variant *BE
Version 027

The Type LN should be the same for all Mk1 Freelanders

Never come across anyone bringing their Freelander in from another country. As it would need to be outside the EU to need a code, it's probably too costly as Freelander's are so cheap currently.

But thank you for adding the information. Handy if anyone else searches for it.
