Dude there has to be a story behind this:D

Ohh god that going to take some typing. Ok lucky for you I still have the statment on my phone.
I am on ***** Street approaching junction of ********** rd. I was not at the junction when lights turned green but on approach to the junction as lights turn green. at the junction of ***** Street there are two lanes one to turn left and one to turn right I was in the lane to turn right as I work at levers which is right off ***** Street. on the corner of ***** st and ************ rd there is a pub "the lord raglan hotel" which is hard on the corner, so view of traffic is restricted until you are on *********** road it's self. because of the pub on the corner I could not see nor hear the British transport police vehicle until I collided with the said vehicle. I have a friend who is in the police force and I was told the emergency vehicles do not have a right of way even with the lights and sirens going. This police car did not slow down to check his blind spot to his left before proceeding down ************** rd. if he had done so I would have seen him nosing out from the corner of the pub. As a result the police car eventually came to a stop at about 30-40 Yards further down from the impact which indicates he was going at speed when he went through the red lights.
