On the motorway today a warning light on my '93 200tdi came on. It's only been flickering occasionally, it's the one directly below indicator light. Is that the difflock warning light? I wouldn't know as it never worked anyway (difflock does, just not the light).
Is it just a loose connection on my difflock light then?
It looks a bit like a letter H or a basic picture of a 4wd system.

Any help would be lovely. Cheers.

The only symbal that looks like an H and lit with an amber light is the diff lock one.

Could be a loose connection and shorting somewhere. First check the switch.

Yeah will do, where abouts is the switch located anyway?

as u lay under the car, feet towards the rear, drivers side of car, left hand goes up ontop of the transfer box that where the switch is, u may be able to see (follow) the wire that goes to the switch, i just done mine.
