Is there a link please to what is a reliable and safe state of tune in the 200 tdi please?
Boost pressure, intercoolers and pump mods please???
Just looked at a you tube vid about timber trail pump boost pins, are they useful? And then should the turbo boost be increased also. thanks all

200tdi and the word power in the same sentence

The thing is with the 200 and 300 no matter what you do they will never be that good.
I reckon a vgt would help a lot, and get rid of the annoying turbo lag below 1800rpm but they are 1k.

Mate has one of them pins fitted in his 300, I have driven it and it goes well, but smokes a lot, so in my simple mind its no different to rotating the std pin clockwise.
