A very easy question - no they wont fit - the holes don't match with the Freelander studs.

no to wheels, freelanders have a specific pcd which if I remember only shares with a jap thing.
Sunroof jammed, get repair kit off fleabay.
Wires under seat hmmm get heated seats, relay and dash switch or search the interweb for a universal heated seat elements and add own switch into the blanks from ebay.
