Have you got anybody local who can plug in a diagnostic tool to read the actual faults ?
Have you been working on the steering wheel or anything srs related recently ?

Is this about a Discovery 1 or Discovery 2? What year?
Are there any other lights showing?
TBH, I can't see any connection between the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and the Supplementary Restraint System (SRS), so be prepared for two separate faults, but as has already been suggested, get the fault codes read using a compatible code reader.

Yes i thought they were two separate faults.is there a seperate socket for the srs diognostic.or is the just one under steering.

There's just the one diagnostic socket. It's just below the drop down door under the steering wheel and down by your left knee.
If this is about the D2, the diesel Disco 2 isn't compliant with OBDII protocols and although some of the cheaper more easily available code readers might give some results, the only way to be assured that those results are 'truthful', only a compatible code reader should be used; Nanocom, Hawkeye, Lynx or Foxwell nt510.
