Hello again, I've been trying to get a couple of replacement headrests in decent condition for my 300 TDI Disco (see pic) as well as a plastic bit for the rear middle which the kids ripped off from my Mk 2 TD5 Disco. Land Rover won't sell these seperately and I haven't seem them on e bay. Any ideas where I might try?

Breakers will want to sell the whole seat, as for the plastic bit that should be a LR part, all the bits and bobs have a number (they do for a D1 in my parts book) so a helpfull parts department will tell you if it's available. You may or maynot have to get the other bit, is it an ash tray or cup holder.

I've got some seats out of a 200tdi. Dunno if they're the same? Also dunno if the headrest can be removed from the seat?? It would probably be easier just to swap the complete seats IMHO.

I was at a breakers on friday who had a decent set I can pass you the number if you want it.

Headrest will come out but you have to strip the seat back to the frame to access the bolts.
