hello i'm going for a 2 inch lift for my 300tdi disco and wanted opinions on shock absorber quality, i know britpart are **** but what would be a middle of the range kind of thing. are koni any good?

Agreed ^ Old Man are far superior (pro comp's do the job but will last about a third of the time)

I,ve got terra firma on mine and have no complaints at all. Been on for 18 month and although their starting to look a bit dogged,their still solid. Paid £25 a corner.

Pro comp have a life time warranty so if they go wrong free replacement

Fox coilovers .. infinitely adjustable for spring rate, pre-load, damping and rebound with rebuildable pistons and renewable oil and seals are _THE_ way to go ..

I had De Carbon shocks, never had any issues, stood up to everything well and still going strong...
