Hi Guys
Right this is a bit strange, 2 lights on my EAS are on, bottom one & 2nd one down but no EAS fault message? & she is sitting on stops? Got the EAS software etc but having huge problems with my laptop so bit the bullet & bought a kicker lite. if I follow the very simple instructions with this will it sort the issue out? Just seems strange that nothing is coming up on the dash & I don't want to use the kicker & cause any damage? as I notice they are all ment for when all lites are on & message displayed? Any help greatly appreciated

Kicker will not help if there is no air or a leak. Plugging it in won't make it worse though IMO.

Right guys, compressor is working, when I put my hand on it, it's buzzing away anyway. Just used the the kicker, does exactly what it's supposed to but doesnt solve the problem. So still have solid bottom light, flashing 2nd light, sitting on stops but no EAS fault?

It may be buzzing but not putting out enough air pressure. Try disconnecting the blue pipe that goes from the compressor into the valve block and see if you can block the air with your finger. If you can stop it, it's not producing enough pressure.

Hi, sorry without me sounding like a dumbarse if I disconnect the blue pipe & just put my finger over it, surely i'll just block the hole & stop the air coming out? Or do you mean if I do that & the compressor stops then its that that's knackered?

You should'nt be able to stop the air coming out of the compressor whilst it's running (obviously). If you can, then the compressor is not producing enough air. Probably the piston seal is worn.

quick update, manual EAS to motorway setting, less than 3 mins to get to correct height, set to normal ride height, take off manual height adjust, sits up to normal ride height in 5 seconds? Any ideas?

Need more info. Was it sat on bumpstops when you went to it or did it drop to bumpstops when you started it up?

It was sat on bump stops when I went back to it the other day after sitting for 3 maybe 4 days

Ok if when you started it nothing happened then in your later post you say it lifted the compressor was obviously filling an empty tank. Looks like you have a leak on the storage side of the system possibly NRV1 and a leak on the suspension side of the system. Investigation needed.

Cheers Wammers, can you please advise me of how I go about checking these? Is the NRV1 the tank on the drivers side that has to be filled first before the bags start to inflate?

NRV 1,2 and 3 are in valve block. Check the Violet coded pipe going into the block and at the tank for leaks. For the system leak check all the connections to bags and block and the bags themselves with soapy water. You can refurb the valve block for a few quid.

A leak in the suspension side too if it went to the bump stops in 2 or 3 days, mine will stay up for 2 weeks or more:D
