Doing head gasket so decided to change valve guide oil seals as well.
They come as part of PAYEN gaskets de-coke kit part number STC1562 (PAYEN number DM850).
The exhaust seal is quite different the one I have taken off. It has not got the spring on the collar but it does have ribs on the outside (the part taken off does not).
Also it is a loose fit on the guide. Certainly does not seem right and will leak. Fit on valve stem shaft is also less tight than the part removed.
Inlet seal looks ok but again a less tight fit then the old part removed.
Anyone had this problem before?.
Looking on the net the parts numbers are.
ERR1510 - inlet
ETC4747 - exhaust.
If I google search ETC4757 if gives a range of seal designs?.
Any advice much appreciated.
Chris
