Was a bit misty but the sun has burnt it off. Nice morning and very mild. The Enemy wants the lawns cut so I'm praying for rain.
So you haven't yet managed to convince her that women can cut grass better than men?

Not a hope in hell mate, she thinks it's cut by opening the curtains, long grass when they are closed and short when they are opened. It's magic

When mine went I had only had it four weeks end of November wet weather and cold so sod doing that on the driveway with no landrover experience and the box is twice the size of meAnd me, but unlike Brian I manned up and did it myself.
I will be pulling it out soon to do clutch and other bits.

Yes, looking at it for the first time it's a bit daunting but not a bad job at all. My son has just had a clutch put in his Disco by a mate starting up his own garage. Charged him £120 and my son supplied the clutch assembly, I wouldn't bother doing it myself for that sort of money. Pity he's 250 miles away in Ipswich.
