Hello all,
I just got an auction car (2013 defender 110 2.2 TDCi) with nice MOT history and engine limp mode. When I got the car I started the engine once then it never runs again. While running it got white and blue smoke. I used OBD to check the code. It shows:
P00BC Low airflow/
P2263 Turbo Pressure/
P0101 P0100 Cant measure Air flow/
P0113 Intake air temp sensor and 1 pending code which is P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire.
Then I open the bonnet, I found the wire of the turbo actuator has been cut and the connector is missing.
Now my worries are:
Could the blue smoke be caused by the turbo and air intake problems described by Fault codes?
Or it may be the mechanical damage in the engine?
For example, failure of cylinder valves? wear of cylinder wall due to piston ring damage?
Or more likely due to the failure of the injector and gasket?
