Now that I've finally got my Disco sorted I thought it was about time to go out & use it for what Landrover intended. The missus booked me a trip guided green laning with Yorkshire 4x4 Treks out in the Yorkshire Dales & we had an awesome time. Cant wait to do it again very soon!

How dare you post a picture of a j##p!
Hello and welcome from me.:)

The J##p was leading, didn't have much choice about that unfortunately. The other group was led by a Defender if that goes a little way to smoothing ruffled feathers?

Yorkshire 4x4 treks was featured in a magazine recently, they explained that they used to use Defenders but chose the Jeep for their newest vehicle, I'll try to find the article to get the details.

I asked them why I was following a Wrangler & price of the vehicle played a major part in the decision...

So the article was in Oct 2016 4x4 magazine (4x4i.com)

There Libby is quoted saying "with the production of the defender coming to an end, we needed an equally capable 4x4, so the Jeep was the best" and Russ "The only other option was the Toyota Land Cruiser but I don't really like it".
