Aye, good deed done before we even go to our destination never seen some much snow on a public road before :eek: :eek:

Slept like a log last night in B & B, had a mooch round shrewsbury today and now at travelodge for the night..... just realised ive left me PJs in the B & B this mornin.. put em on the hook in bathroom and had shower... left em on the hook :doh: :eek:

Hope you all had a great weekend. Boomer ...sorry we didnt get chance to catch up. :(
 
What a weekend. Wet and cold but brilliant. And the mid Wales off roaders are a great bunch of lads. Got me out of a very sh*tty situation. Tagged along with them all day after they helped me out, had a boss day. Cheers lads.
 
Hope it all went well for you all .. wish I could have come over, but too many things to spend on and not enough to go round!

Hope you're feeling better Mintz, the weather was certainly interesting Friday night where we were in Llangollen as we had several inches of snow in a very short space of time so can only imagine what the weather conditions were like for you at the pay and play site.
We spent a nice day in Snowdonia on Saturday until the Disco started a strange knocking noise at the rear, noticeable at slow speeds on uneven ground - I crawled underneath whilst the OH rocked the bodywork and diagnosed a Watts linkage bush on the way out so that put a dampener on having any off-road fun at the site on the Sunday.
So sorry we never made it, glad it all went well for the 1st Overland gang and all who made it and we'll try and make it another time! :)
 
No worries Rob, as long as people keep coming we'll keep running em. Disco Nicky is our best customer so far.....lad is mad or it.....and his pooch.

Aye, had a good weekend tho considerin i felt like ****.. me and pikey did a bit of touristy stuff....best bit was the warm B & B... never felt so cosy after the night on the mountain :eek: :D
 
Put me name down, I'm there!! Picked up a cheap caravan there. Bringing that next time. Just drag it up the hill. Ha.
 
It could do. Cut the arches out, flexi arch kit in it. 2" spacer lift, big knobblys. Job done. Ha. Might not be able to make the one in feb. the Missus just informed me that's the week we move into new house. When's the next after that?

was good to meet ya buddy ,, :D ive got some fixin to do now :eek: fix the snorkel back on :rolleyes: after the tree ripped it off :rolleyes: brill day in the mud tho .. and the route you took us on was good fun loved it :D

good job the lads helped you out of that hole you wer in :lol: or ya would of still been there lol

Probably would of still been there mate. Haha. Was stuck good an proper. My heroes. Ha. When are use next out? U goin that Bala one? Might tag along if there's an invitation?
