Well after the success of the pay and play last weekend, we're running the next one on the 26th/27th January 2013.

Same venue near Llwyngwril, Gwynedd LL37.

For more information please see our 1st Overland Facebook page.

We are laning in in Wales these days, this forest though is something else, it's not like your normal quarry play sites. Don't get me wrong there's plenty of challenging stuff, mud etc etc but there's normal lanes as well.. Views, camping etc etc

might pop down if its not too expensive on the coach, gimme a location for destination coach station... if the boss dont go maybe i could just be ballast with someone? :(

I might be tempted by this FK, be a good opportunity to finally meet up and an excuse to get away for a weekend :)

Sounds like a plan. It is well worth it. The place is awesome. More so now we've cut some tracks and explored a bit more. :D

Sounds like an awesome dogging spot anorl :D

Erm well you'd need a fooking huge pair of binoculars to see anyone from up there.

As the nice lady corrected me at the weekend, its actually 1500 ft above sea level.

So just how big is this site then, I'm getting the impression it's one that you can get lost in, oh and how much?

We've started to map it out now. But yes you could get lost. It is 550 acres over two sites.

It's £30 per day including camping on Saturday night.

Just had a look at it/liked on FB and asked to join your group.
It'll be good all right, 550 acres is a large area, I used to cut fields of wheat that size in the USA ;)

Just been reminded of the fact that quite a few people at the weekend said we were better than Bala.

Now I've never been to Bala but from what I can gather that's a pretty big statement.
