Have the option to buy a T reg 90 county 130k on clock, will this have had the cylinder head pegs modified by then? and oil pump screw changed?
What's your opinion on them.

Only if a previous owner has done em. Otherwise NO.
 
But at 130k would they not have gone by now?

What's to say that the HG hasn't gone and that nylon dowels haven't been used again?

As for the oil pump bolt you can just do it yerself if you buy it so you'll know it's ok.

Yes. There are 2 ways.

Method 1)

Take the head off to check the dowels and remove the oil pump bolt to check for theadlock

Method 2)

Drive it until the headgasket goes pop or the oil pump bolt falls out.
 
if you like it buy it and budget for the certainty that one day something expensive will fail.if your still not sure get the bus then break downs arent your problem
