Good luckHey everyone just wanted to let you know this is the weekend I can get back to installing the modulator. Holidays and weather slowed me down! Hope all is well with all of you.
Well, I have it all back together. I used a Power Bleeder 1st following British Atlantic YouTube then bled with Power Bleeder according to Rave. You all said it was a pain to get air out of modulator so I used Power Bleeder 1st. Next I Bled the system without power bleeder according to Rave. Lights go off, pump stops right away. Wheel are still off for another bleed if neccessary tomorrow. When I start vehicle and depress break I see TC and Brake light in display but both goes off immediately as I depress brake. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't see those lights at all not even briefly. Does this mean air is still in system and another Bleed is required following RAVE again? Not hard. Prepare to lose skin on the bulkhead, even popping the expansion tank off and pulling to one side. Flushing all air out the modulator is the bugger.

When you start the engine, you should see the TC and Brake light for the lamp test.Well, I have it all back together. Glad to hear from you! Something or someone was trying to hijack the landyzone site over here forwarding all logins to another site location and wouldn't allow me access all day yesterday. Just wanted to make everyone aware. When turn on the ignition the lights come on momentarily as they should and goes off as they should. With the ignition on, when I depress the brake pedal, the lights go off as I continue pressing on the pedal. My guess is there some air stuck inside Modulator or there was air inside the ABS pump and it was pushing air back into the system while I was bleeding air out. Other than Rave Bleeding, any thoughts on getting the remaining air out of the system? When you start the engine, you should see the TC and Brake light for the lamp test.
The only way is the RAVE procedure. Personally I wouldn't use a power bleeder.Glad to hear from you! Are you saying to just repeat the Rave bleeding method again? The only way is the RAVE procedure. Personally I wouldn't use a power bleeder.
