tried to engage difflock earlier and noticed the light didnt come on as usual,not sure if it did engage or not any suggestions on how to go about checking it?

switch connection? if its not that, lock the diff, jack up one front wheel, if it only turns a bit by hand it works-if the wheel spins freely investigate further...
sometimes you have to go forward a bit to fully engage & vice versa when coming out of diff lock

hi all i stil have the problem with my difflock, as i said earlier in the post i tried engaging the other night but i forgot to mention the lever feels too easy from left to right almost soggy would be a better description.

i am stil able to select high and low from both sides but i do think the lever isnt doing the do


i dont think its the switch or bulb either


what would be the best way to check it out ?

Errr - follow foss's advice and see if it is locking up...
