Not entirely sure I'd want to post a picture of my cars, outside my house, showing the house number, registration plates and with the general location on my profile, but hey, call me paranoid! :D:eek:

Everyone registration is public anyway , and I have a lovely 12 guage if anyone really wants to try !! And both fitted with trackers and camera on both so feel free

Just spent the last half hour reading this and I really can't believe that this has all been painted by brush and roller, looks like a fantastic finish. Has to be my all time favourite colour for a defender.

Great to see the Land Rover getting out and about and being a member of the family. Bet that wedding was fun.

nice resto this :) my first landy (i say that like it was years ago, but it was only 2009 !) was an A reg ninety, 2.3 petrol. fond memories !

Strarted smoking badly when pulling people out of the snow !!! So thought it was time to do head gasket as it’s always been smokey on start up when cold but found it was worse than I thought once head was off

You going to give it a spruce up before you fit it or just chuck it in and see what happens?

Quite a rare thing to find a Defender 200Tdi engine, surprised you didn't go for a 300 for ease of parts in the future.

Getting a spruce up head gasket , timing belt etc , turbo feels a tad stiff so will put a new cartridge in!

Did consider 300 but then this 200 tdi came up and couldn’t really say no
