Sorry to see your selling your landy. I think it's worth a great deal more than £3K judging by the pictures. It's a classic car from another era. You wouldn't be able to buy a 60's classic car for that. Even avoiding eBay I'd be asking a lot more.

yes john its from another era -in 20 years l have owned it l have only done about 700 milles as most of the time its on scrorn , l fell off ladder broke femur and ribs- landy about 8 years off road[ heavy clutch pedal weak leg ] then buggerd if while working under old car fixing back box the car came down on me broke lots of bones and mr eyes poped out- what a idiot l was[and still am] l just used a sizzor jack no axel stands ,l then lost intreast in landy till last year till i seen on ebay what money they are making , so got MOT started driving it about again- its different , but l now want car comfort and somthing that does more than 18mpg with the wind behind me

Sorry to hear about that. I think you deserve some comfortable driving. I'm always nervous underneath the landy even with axle stands. Back in the 80's in Shetland I was tinkering around with my first landy a 71' 109. I had the rear axle up on bricks. The bricks collapsed with me just about under the wheel hub. It missed my head by inches. Ever since I've been wary. I'm 60 and hope to pass the landy onto one of my sons eventually. Good luck with the sale. There's lots of nice cars out there to choose from.:)

Hi Joe,

I think I sent you a PM but not really sure if it went or I did it correctly?
Do you still have the Landy for sale? If so could I visit you and maybe buy it from you if we agree.

Best Regards

mark
