worra crackin series2a thers nawt up with it as it is, engine looks spot on , interior is ok part from the wheel on the wrng side, the bodyworks good, if yer shipped it over hear the damp would kill it in 2 years, any pics of the chassis just out of interest , ?
 
i was talking to 109 party about his 109

tis alright chap, i like my 2.25petrols i just cant afford to run it, will tune one to max tho just for fun and then put it back in one, and theres one in my trialer, the 200tdi is onli going in my 109 :)

nice looking series mate, looks awesome. i dont know about ones sent to the US on export but that has a fair few aspects that may mean it was built earlier than 1963
 
Why is everyone saying get rid of the side steps? They may not be to everyone's taste, but they are correct accessories.
Nice motor though, pity about all the white paint.

Did anyone see that classic series one a few years back that was rebuilt perfectly ex mil imported from cyprus or somwhere like that. Rebuilt as new costing approx 15K and he drove it around his quarry jumping it and at the end of the day used a 360 on it and destroyed it? Criminal! but if you's got the money I supose.
 
Ok what would cause this thing to loose its brakes out of no where yesterday it had brakes and today it does not:confused: There are no leaks. Where should I start?
 
If the fluid is still in there and its been stood awhile I guess the master cylinder seals have failed.See it as an oppertunity to go right through them before you end up crashing.:eek:
