i don't think he's particularly enjoying being unanimously gang-raped :D :D :D :p

Can't say I've much sympathy,

"I've just put the wrong size tyres on my rims, what could possibly go wrong"

:wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::doh::doh:

Well the guy has said via PM that the owner is a good engineer…….maybe so for handbrakes but for lights its bollocks. Obviously doesn't get the concept of waterproof and using heavy duty bits instead of household bulbs :doh:

IT would seem that the thread for the sale of the lights had vanished .
ha ha:D

Hmmm I wonder why :rolleyes: was only his 45th post in 8 years anyway!

Wow this thread has caused quite a reaction lol!!!! I asked the question as I knew it was wrong but there is no problem with them holding air.
Ill scrub the .5 off and put them on eBay and hopefully one of you keyboard warriors will buy them :D

I've been in the tyre trade 10 years and whoever fitted them should give up tyre fitting. The fact that you had to point out the size shows he didn't check first. Also on most 16.5 tyre it says "do not mount on 16 inch rim" in small letters on the sidewall. There is a reason for this.

You would have been better putting them on eBay as new. Rather than using them and making them worth even less than when they were new.
