hello due to me been in my madass usuall rush i,ve picked up 15w/40 oil for my 2.5dse instead of 10w/40.is it still useable.it says its for all diesel engines?

take it back and change it for the correct oil mate.better to be safe than sorry hey.;)
 
Just means it wont work so good from cold , but it doesnt get that cold here!
 
It will be fine - just a bit thicker at -25. Yu are intending to go to Norway? :rolleyes: it wont turn over quite as easy - thats all.
 
15w/40 should be fine to use.
Infact it will last a bit longer than a 10w40 as there are less viscosity improovers in due to the base (15w) being closer to (40) grade.
 
ah,ah you mothefunkys you nearly had me burning 20 squids worth of fooking juice just to take the foooker back.oh well i forgive ya
