Hi,

Sorry for my first post being a fault question but im at my wits end with this.

I have a 1985 110 (12V) ex MOD hard top.

I start it and it drives absolutely as expected with everything working fine. About 15 miles into a journey from nowhere the trailer light illuminates ( I am not towing!) and once illuminated I have no indicators or hazards whatsoever. Prior to the 15 miles the indicators and hazards work exactly as they should.

I wonder if it is a heat issue but was hoping that someone with a bit more Landy experience has heard of similar faults to point me in the right direction. (I have only owned one for 4 weeks).

Thanks in advance.

Might be worth swapping out the relay as a cheap/simple test to start with

Failing that I'd be checking the bulb holders and hazard switch - for some reason the hazard switch can be a source of much misery

Yep as said, dirty socket or take a close look at each of your indacator bulb holders..

Brilliant replies thanks guys. Day off on Weds so will be cleaning socket and replacing relay and hazard switch. It actually got me to work this morning without it happening ( for the last week it has come on half a mile away from work. Thankfully only one right turn which I manage by hand signals). Was not so lucky on the journey home.
