Blue 20amp and Red fused at 15amp go to relay then from relay to socket Black earth for relay and Purple/White to fuse box this only activates relay (i put a 5amp fuse in this ) when engine is running and off at all other times. wil try and attach some photo`s to help.. hope it`s of some use.... Got mine for £40ish and fitted in just over an hour. Awkward bits are getting the wires through the grommets and dismantling seized towbar bolts to add the extra bracket.

Glad to hear you have sussed it :)

Steve

even easier is to route a single 30a live direct from battery (fused) to the behind the trim in the boot and then use a voltage switching relay like this:

Self-Switching Combination Relay from Towsure

took me just over an hour start to finish, including routing cable inside the car under all the trim etc.

mmmm not the easyist ... and when you find out that there is a pre wired socket in the boot anyway.......

For caravan split charge electrics / refrigerator power / reverse light - no

For side lights, indicators and brake lights - yes at the drivers side rear.
