Firstly I would suggest that someone who tries to run backwards, on muddy ruts whilst filming someone being towed from being stuck ,is displaying a set of stupid genes that need eradicating from the gene pool

Secondly.....you flung yourself onto your arse at a highly inconvenient moment, next time please give me more notice so I can film it for you've been framed and get the £250
