Hello group, I'm looking at making my own roof rack for my 110 using box section, does anyone know if the clips are available, for holding the rack to the gutter.

you could try makin those yerself , if ya got the skill to make the roofrack shirley you could make clips aswell ...

post piccies of yer project aswell .... that'll be interestin ...

I've got to make some for my roofrack. It's just a triangular piece of steel with the bottom bent at 90deg to hook under the gutter and a length of M6 threaded bar welded to it. Then a short length of tubing welded to the leg of the rack. threaded bar goes thru tubing and a nut & washer on the top and job's a goodun.

Thanks guys, am quite handy with the Mig, but the thought of making 8 or more clips sounded a bit monotonous, might see if the fitters at work have a few hours spare to knock these up.
Thanks again, I will post pics once up and running (unless a cheap one comes available in the meantime)
