Just built up a new rolling 110 chassis today and the front springs (heavy duty standard height) are not sitting correctly on the axle spring plate
(touching at the back approx one inch of the plate at the front).

i think this is due to having no weight (engine or gearbox) has any experienced this before.

hi yes i rebuild defenders and untill your engine and box are in the springs will have little weight on them also remember to leave all the susspension bolts slack untill youve built the whole car as if you lock them out now yhe bushes will twist as you load weight onto them resulting in early failure regards steve
