Hi all,

I am considering a 110, well, have my mind set on.

However, as a requirement to get insurance of any kind on it, the insurance company say it needs to be garaged when not in use, apparantly my postcode is akin to downtown Islamabad. No issue, I have one, however, I am not sure the thing will fit through the door without serious modification (to the door).

Does anyone have a 110 with a lift kit, 2" who can measure the height for me, so I can see what the options are.

I'll probably have to get a set of the smallest wheels I can fit on as well, but I want to see how much I have to play with.

I tried 3 different brokers, and nada.

Sureterm were the only ones who actually gave me reasons why, and actually called the underwriter to ask why there were no prices. Pretty much said that without garaging it, they wouldn't touch it. If it was garaged, it came in at 370 quid, which wasn't too shabby for 4k miles a year and a 5k valuation.

I'm taking a wild punt that a two inch lift and chunky tyres would be about 90 inches tall

Height also depends on tyre size as well, not just if the suspension is lifted.

Also a pickup I think is slightly lower than a van bodied one (roof wise not suspension wise), then there's other things like if you have a light bar, etc.
