Hi folks

Recently aquired a 110CSW 1989 and a new chassis, been ordering all the nuts and bolts and bits and bobs, and working out an order of how to carry out the body swap, I was looking for where to find the best info on remounting the body and getting all the spacing correct, you know bulkhead to door piller to rear tub, been recommended to get "Rave" and "microcat" anyone out there used either of these, or can recommend a method that works.

Fit rear tub first , as you cant adjust position as it just bolts to tabs on rear chassis, then mount front bulkhead , if you measure from front of rear tub to bulkhead at top hinge level before you remove from original vehicle will give you datum . I have rebuilt 4 now and it works OK for me. HTSH

i find parts book more convenient for use with one vehicle and can stii be bought, brackets on outriggers are adjustable and shouldnt be tightend till everythings sorted most of adjustment is at bulkhead and sometimes require a few washers as spacers between it and outriggers, its easier if possible to lift entire body ,but if you cant all door gaps need sorting before anythings tightened ive just finished one

Thanks for the quick replys guys, measuring tape at the ready, already got parts book, just thought there might be a drawing of body distances in workshop manual.

thanks for the help
cheers davie
