Having recently purchased an ex environment 110 300tdi in mint condition im part way into prep for morroco trip then capetown works so far
Complete end to end service inc new cambelt and clutch as precaution
New wolf heavyduty suspension all round
Front alloy steering guard
Chequer plate wing tops and sills Black
Two wolf side lockers will take two jerry cans in each
Chequer plate rear door with mobile storage drop down cooker hood
Swingaway spare wheel carrier opens with door + high lift bracket
Devon 4x4 twin batt carrier with red and yellow batt
Split charge system
80 litre water tank behind bulhead Big red from BOAB
Water pump and purifier piped to rear with shower fitting

Full length roof rack ready for tent

what are you running off the split charge, and which system are you using?

Its a Sterling pro split R .it will be running water pump and external work lights plus internal lights I forgot a few bits off the list its being polybushed plus fitted snorkel and external work lights Winch bumper and warn 9.5 winch .Engel mt35 fridge run off split batt..I will post pics later The work goes on !!! Sounds like good stuff...although I am not sure what the chequer plate has to do with expedition prep or am I missing something?
 
It just gives a good fixing for the drop down cooker and stiffens up the back door frame and it looks bloody good .as for the wing tops you can stand on them to access the front of the roof rack !!!

indeed, i agree. Still not got around to sorting mine out. got some ideas for a fold down shelf and accessories. not going to put the cooker on it as its restrictive. With a seperate burner you can cook anywhere away from the vehicle. once i decide if i want CP or just plain Alu I can crack on with it.
