Hi I have some problem with my brake i have done my best to read up before asking and also tried the following

Rear drum cylinders was seized but now working as they should with good shoes
Front callipers have been swapped from my other 110 both working fine
Brake master cylinder has been changed and fresh dot 3 fluid all bleed up squirts from each nipple like a jet . When it come to the dreaded test drive the brakes are almost not there the pedal is hard when driving and slowly depresses a fraction when on hard .
Any1 had this problem before ?

if theres travel it would seem ok ,but if you do adjust it get someone to press the pedal so rod pokes forward ,hold rod with pliers and adjust the nut ,rod will pull out of its clip if pulled about with
 
if you have good vacuum and servo (master cylinder is sealed against servo),brakes bleed well ie no restriction in lines,calipers are good no seized pistons,then your left with poor m/c
 
perhaps a better check to see if servo is holding full vacuum m/c needs to seal against the servo for the servo to work properly

I had today remove m/c and wiped seal clean them greased then refitted to se when under load if any grease squirts and it was fine
 
Today has been my 3rd day messing with brakes I have new pipes with fittings . Swapped servo and m/c for my mates working 1 . Bleed the whole system with 2ltrs of dot3 didn't have a pipe to catch so went on the floor lol . The brakes have had everything changed / swapped and still no luck could this be down to pump on engine even tho it's sucking as it should I'm really confused and need it sorted before I go in hospital on Thursday as I won't be able to mess for a few weeks after .

Have you tried clamping the flexies in turn to try and narrow down where the problem is?

Are the flexies bulging under pressure?

Have the brakes ever worked correctly ?

If the vacuum-pump is producing 'suck' then enough suck for 4 or 5 brake-applications should be stored in the servo.

To test: with vehicle stationary and the engine not running, repeatedly apply the brakes. After half a dozen applications you should feel the brake-pedal become a lot harder to push down, because all the 'suck' has been used up and you're now applying the brakes without servo-assistance...its worth checking the non return valve and the rubber
seal it fits into on the servo first...

Changed flex pipes for braid hoses today , brakes was shocking before and now worse as I try to correct .
