I brought a chassis with id that needed we a bit of welding and my dad has quite a few landrover bits he's collected over the years. He gave me bulk head axles engine and gearbox. I welded the parts of chassis that needed it and had it blasted. Painted it in a zinc rich red oxide primer then a 2k zinc paint then gloss black. Axles are now on but the chassis has no engine mounts as the ones that were on it were wrong. My engine is a 300tdi and the box is a defender r380. I was told that if I buy a r380 gearbox crossmember from a disco I could cut the front bit off and mount the gearbox and level the engine and weld on engine mounts. Bolt the gearbox crossmember on and sat engine and box on top but the position it is in the front prop won't go on. Can anyone help? Or does anyone have any measurements of engine mounts or pics of gearbox crossmember mount on chassis. Thanks

Think I have Sussed it. I googled the prop part number and it's a 90 rear prop. Can anyone confirm if my gearbox looks like it's in correct space
