Hi, just found this on the pistonhead website. Seems this guy has had a 1.8 bmw engine fitted under warranty by landrover instead of the k-series.

I would guess that they fitted a BMW diesel instead of a petrol engine...

If it's really a petrol I'm very curious which BMW engine it is.
