So my 110 will be hitting 100,000 miles by the end of the year and planning do to a full at home service on it.

Bar the usual is there anything else that should be changed? Like bushes, callipers, sensors, seals or anything?

Few things like coolant, brake fluid have been done over the course of this year so shouldnt have to worry about those.

Cheers

I would give it a good going over but not change things unnecessarily unless you have doubts about them. Bushes should be changed when they are worn not because they have x miles or are y years old. Likewise if the brakes pull up straight and pistons aren't rusty then they are ok, fiddle with a lot of things and something is bound to bite you and cause you more grief. I would be tempted to look at things like hoses, and belts if they are starting to perish or blister its better to change them before they go, likewise if the hose clamps are rusty they are only going to get worse. You will probably find more age related issues rather than mileage related ones.

Here's a service schedule document I found:

The 96 k is near as dammit 100k so that's what I'll be doing next on mine too.

Cheers. Yeah i found that one and had it hyperlinked.

Far as I can tell the 110 has been regularly serviced most of its life, so im not expecting anything horrific!

Many bits have been changed or upgraded in the past few months, more of a wonder if anything tends to fail around 100k. I know clutches and DMFs can get a lil worn around 65k

True, DMF might be on borrowed time, but then many go on for yonks..... If you had cause to get the box off then clutch and flywheel now onwards seems sensible, but unless it's gone I'd leave well alone meself.... My first lasted 140k, did clutch at the same time for the same reason - looking good so far at 220k, can't remember what brand it was tho. Enjoy, A

I personally would just treat it like any other service.
I do a minor every 5 k miles, oil, filters, air filter greese props etc etc.

A major every 10k all oils, grease and adjust wheel bearings, fuel filter. I get my oils etc cheap so I change everything regularly.

Things like coolant gets changed when I change other bits as I've changed hoses, heater matrix, rad etc over the last few years.

Other than that I just fix as I go

Banks have you changed the injector seals and washers on your landy? I wonder if some people change them as a preventive maintenance?

Cheers

Nope, no need to just yet. Injector balance is within tolerance.

Cheers guys! I shall service as usual :)

If you think about it 100,000 miles is just an arbitrary number, what's to say our soon to be ex-European cousins aren't asking the same question about 100,000km (and there is a fair difference between miles and kms)?

Very true but there are specific things that need doing at 24k, 48k and 96k, that was my thinking behind kt
