Hi All, Im a newbie here.

I have a 2004 Land Rover Freelander 1 td4 (BMW M47R Engine). Since December my LR warning light comes on and then cuts out (Slowly revs down to 0). I have had it at Land Rover Dealership and to an indie, and they have both not been able to resolve the problem. Got my car back yesterday. been in shops since dec.

Work they have completed:
1. New fuel rail
2. Fuel rail sensor
3. New LP fuel pump (located inside RH Rear wheel)
4. ECU has been checked

What I have done
1. Checked all connections
2. Cleaned the EGR
3. Checked lp fuel pump

What i have found is once running and the Fuel Rail sensor is unplugged the car stops cutting out but runs in limp mode(WOW can hardly go up an incline in this mode)

Any Ideas on what I can check next? or what could cause this issue. I have spend a packet of money already with these places.

Also been advised to take it to a Bosch Diesel workshop

Forgot to mention that the issue only rears it head when going up and incline or turning. Also the error code is showing lp failure.

I have replaced the fuel filter. I have currently taken it to a Bosch Diesel workshop and they have said that the injectors have high back pressure and the high pressure fuel pump is not operating 100%.

Will see what happens once I have had those repaired. (Holding Thumbs)
