Pressure pump won't stop running even without the key in the ignition. I replaced the pressure reduction valve because it was licking and when I started the vehicle the pump won't stop. I know there should be air in the system but I did not have the time to bleed the system, and I wanted to test the cooling system because I also replaced the radiator. Do you think that bleeding the system will fix the issue?
Thanks for the help.
