that stuff looks like it might help insulate it a bit as well.

thatl be good see your build thread

Yeah that is brilliant stuff BAR the price iv used loads of that stuff in my Bike engined mini.

Im interested in two things HEAT AND SOUND! so because the sides are flat im going to spray glue some 20-30?mm kingspan in the sides then screw some thin ply over the top then spray glue some nice carpet over the lot.

Ahhh that's not a bad idea... I was going to glue battons on the sides and roof to screw into..

Yeah that could work well but ul need to use something strong like pu adhesive I was going to try and use whats there ie internal top lip and bottom and in the middle of the side panels and make brackets to screw to maybe I'm
Over engineering it.

£500? i think i spent that on it every month i had it...many more to go

To be honest, its starting to feel like that for me too. About 7 weeks ago i decided to sell my 110, but it had some deep scratches that some kid had put up one side, so i thought id better fix them before i sell it, 7 weeks later and over £2000 spent, i think i may have forgotten the original idea was about selling it, oops, but it does have a toasty warm eberspacher D2, full noise killer kit complete with engine blanket, nice new stereo system complete with internal ipod docking station, new front seat cover, new rear bench cushion, upgraded kbx front grille/headlight covers, new fuel lines and full underbody seal/waxoyled.

Guess whos not selling their 110 now:D

good lad, dont sell, spend! just ordered the clear halogen head lights.. think il buy ply lining today.. 1/4 ich thick enough??
