Hi all, I’ve just been quoted £200 for a pair of track rods for my Freelander Auto 2005. Doing a quick online search that seems way over the mark - am I right?

A FL1 doesn't have inner track rod ends. It has long track rods with bushes in keeping them located. They seldom fail, but I guess it's possible.Right just to add, they said I need inner track rods and ends(?).
Parts only…Hi,
With the labor or only for the parts ?
Regards
Ok thanks - cost was 190 for parts only… Though am now confused about them talking about inner track rods. Think I’ll take it to a LR / 4x4 place (took it to local garage).A FL1 doesn't have inner track rod ends. It has long track rods with bushes in keeping them located. If the £200 is a fitted price for a pair of complete track rod assemblies, then it's acceptable. A complete track rod assembly is about £70 per side from my go to LR parts supplier.
Completely missed the link . Am gonna buy RH LH assemblies - my mate has garage space and we’re going to replace them ourselves .A FL1 doesn't have inner track rod ends. It has long track rods with bushes in keeping them located. They seldom fail, but I guess it's possible.

That's what I linked to from Advanced Factors, but being OE are more expensive than the ones you linked.Completely missed the link . Am gonna buy RH LH assemblies - my mate has garage space and we’re going to replace them ourselves .
