It's quite common. It's a software glitch which effects early models. Mine does the same thing randomly, but most often after the PDC has disabled once reaching 10 MPH

Had this issue with a customer, updated the module and it seems to have gone away. There is an "audio update" option in SDD which updates the phone module and acm as well.

When I get another 13.8 V power supply, and my new SDD up and running, I'll try this. Thanks Pro.

You may need the newer sdd which has the recent calibration files all downloaded like let's say the one I've sent you.
Not sure those old ones how capable they are since the whole thing has 4 GB and the newer with calibration files has... 85 GB

Ok. I'll see how it goes, but until I sort out another power supply, there's nothing I can do.
