Desperate measures

Finally got the pump out and set myself up in the garden for a fun afternoon

Didn't want to lose the O rings

Think I found the problem, shame that's the O ring that ain't arrived yet

Thought I'd give this a clean as well

Done as much I can till the other O ring arrives.

Knowing it would be a PITA to get the bottom nut on the HP fuel pump I thought I'd try and make it a bit easier so I 3D printed this

Had to cut a bit off the 22mm pipe cos a bit of the engine got in the way but I think it made it a lot easier.

Also did the crank case breather upgrade

And changed the air filter (after I took the picture)

O ring arrived at lunch time and 30 minutes later she's running again

Now all I have to do is put everything back together and fill her up with water and antifreeze.
