There should be no laning until the lanes dry out a bit, and I imagine the same applies to most pay and play sites.

I was out on the mo'bike, laning in Derbyshire on Sunday. The lanes/UCR's I did are stone/rock based so fine to drive still. There were a few puddles to splash through

Fair enough. I am not familiar with the area. Round here is a sea of mud, the bits that aren't under water, that is.
