I need to find out where I can hire a diagnostic tool ,i read it somewhere but cannot for the life of me where, I cannot afford to purchase one and only need it for short time .
 
I think you would be best posting in the relevant section for whatever model/year you have giving a few more details of your problem, then I am sure help would be along:)

Hi, if you pop into the LZIR forum and have a look on the map to see who is close to you that might have a diagnostics to suit your vehicle and then send them a message to ask for assistance, might only cost you a cuppa an some bickies with a guy who knows what he's doing ;)

@JUDY GARDNER failing that a local Landrover indy, or auto-electrician should be able to help.
 
Welcome, new member of 2017 lol. If it's a p38 someone who uses 'nanocom/black box solutions' diagnostics would be best. There are different ones some cheaper ones don't do a lot for a p38.

Depends why you need it?...
