can someone please tell me what's the best height setting to have the car on to jack the front o/s to remove the wheel without putting the sensor all to ,,,,,,,,,, cheers

Any you like just leave a door or rear tailgate open to freeze the suspension.

Does not matter, loosen nuts jack the axle and remove the wheel. When you refit nip all nuts up before lowering car, lower and torque nuts up diagonally.

Cheers warmers I no how to do a wheel it was the eas I was finking about coz didn't want to up the ride height sensor Mabey u could help on another major prob I got tho I've got heat shield and exhaust manifold off but got 1 poxy bolt on down pipe rounded off can't shift it any suggestions be much appreciated fink I've got a cracked manifold tried banging a 14mm on but it won't have it tried heating the bolt but got that spray stuff all over it and it just caught fire so that's a no no

Possibly try removing the spray from the head of the bolt and weld a new nut on top of the rounded nut?

I used those Irwin Easyouts. Tried those?
