I'm not trying to defend the ban here. But I am genuinely trying to understand it... it must be evidenced based surely? And that evidence would form the case in which the legislation is built???

That's pretty bleddy significant :eek: however, and I know you won't have this answer, how much is attributable to commercials and private vehicles...

Dunno but I guess the direction is towards a near total ban in steps reducing as much as is possible and still get elected so whatever the public will swallow.

If it was the water quality that was killing people instead of air there might be a little more fuss about it.......then again....looking at events in Michigan maybe not :eek:
