Anyone got any of these. I've got a 13mm/10mm Wera coming to try out, but now think the Chicago set looks better value and they have good reviews. Trying to decide what I'm getting myself for Xmas.

Just tried it on my phone and can see it...strange

Cant see it on my laptop with windows 10 and firefox running.

Are your eyes painted on ?

No, as it turns out. Turned off AdBlockPlus - and there they were.

And the rest of the ads aren't too intrusive, so I'll leave it off for now.

The spanners look clever, but not sure I have those problems often enough to warrant yet another set.

I should have noticed they came up as ads. Please accept my humble grovelings.
I got my Wera 10/13mm in today and it looks great. Can't justify the price for the set though. I do like the look of the "ratchet" open enders though.

Received an email from Euro Car Parts this morning, they have loads of deals on spanners, breaker bars etc in some funky colours as well.
Worth a look

I've seen these with the flexi end, but never used one. To be honest, and am probably wrong, I can't see the need for them !!
I am thinking of the Halfords set now for £50. The Chicago set are not for using on seized or overly tight fixings ??? That rules them out then for work on the LR's.

You can get it today for £42.50, as they are also doing an extra 15% off, although what it will be tomorrow, who knows????

Cheers

I bought a 25 piece set of Neilsen combi spanners from either the billing or lro show cant remember, for less than 30 quid, theyre all there no gaps until mid 20s, only cheap but theyve proved tough to me so far and ive abused them, theyre on amazon and ebay etc. I liked the roll they come with, labelled up and you can roll em up or hang them on the wall, mine hang from the work table easy to grab, recommend em :)

They also do a larger set with swan necks and curved spanners too, but i got the simple stuff!
