Goodwinch TDS. 8274 does not cope particularly well with sitting unused as I suspect it will, and also I bet it won't fit your bumper.

2nd hand 8274 is going to cost you a lot more money, there's the winch itself, then a decent solenoid because it probably comes with a crap one, then gigglepin brake pads because the original ones are crap, then a seal kit because they are probably worn and you are going to be exposing it to the elements in a big way.
