3 options.

spray with pink paint. Then flick glitter dust onto wet paint and spray a clear lacquer over the top when it's dried.

Goto a good car body /spray shop suppliers. and they'll mix you some sparkly paint..

use pearlesence pink. no glitter but proper nice pearl effect finiish.
