The pin style rear shock mounts for +5 shocks, is the mounting point the same height as standard mounts

Ive not seen any +5" pin to pin mounts before. only +2"

If you mean the rear ones, my gwyn lewis mounts sit about an inch higher than normal ones, but a few inches further forwards. They are designed for +5 pin-pin shocks.

Ok. So those are not actually +5" mountings in the sense of the word.

There for use with +5" shocks, because most +5" shocks come in a pin to pin configuration rather than the usual pin to eye.

So in answer to your question yes these are the same height as your rear eye mounts.

Agreed - they are not +5" mounts, they are mounts designed for +5" shocks.

Yes mine are, however his single mount version use only the front hole, which is in the same position as the front hole on mine, placing the shock in pretty much the same place.
